Veritas CIO: This is why our real estate exposure is much higher than our peers

Direct property investments in Finland will keep on pulling in positive returns, also in 2021, if prices don't need to be reevaluated, says Veritas Pension Insurance Chief Investment Officer Kari Vatanen.

"We primarily make direct investments in real estate, so we are a rather conservative investor based on cash flow return. If there won't be a need to update or reevaluate the property prices, say on quarterly basis according to the market, the asset class will yield a rather market-neutral return," Vatanen says to AMWatch and adds:
