Blackrock: "We will move more capital into sustainable products than any other asset manager in Europe"

As the harmonized landscape for sustainable funds across Europe starts to take shape, Blackrock wants to become the single most important allocator of assets into sustainable products in Europe. In an interview with AMWatch, Head of Continental Europe and Head of Nordics Christian Hyldahl explains how the US titan plans to achieve this.

The EU Sustainable Finance Disclosure Regulation will undoubtedly be a key catalyst to help advance sustainable investing in Europe.

In recent years, it's likely that no asset manager has been more vocal about the sustainability agenda than the world's largest one, Blackrock, as was emphasized in CEO Larry Fink's annual letter to company CEOs placing greater emphasis on climate change and corporate governance.
