Nykredit to transfer depositary business and employees to BNY Mellon

BNY Mellon and Nykredit have agreed to transfer Nykredit’s depositary business to BNY Mellon. The US investment company opened a branch office in Copenhagen recently.

Danish financial firm Nykredit has agreed to transfer its depositary business to global investment company BNY Mellon, the companies announce in a press statement forwarded to AMWatch.
