Swedish pensions giant acquires minority stake in home delivery company

AMF is buying a minority share in a Swedish logistics and home delivery company, which will be the tenth holding in the EUR 19.3bn pension company's private equity portfolio.

Swedish pensions company AMF is acquiring 9 percent of the shares in delivery company Budbee. After an investment of SEK 240m (EUR 23.7m) Budbee will be the tenth holding in the pension giant's private equity portfolio.

"Budbee is a very interesting Swedish company with competitive smart solutions in an industry with high structural growth," says Anders Oscarsson, Head of Equity, AMF in a statement.
