What's the most important skill or experience that you gained from your former jobs that is applicable to your next role as CEO for Nykredit Portfolio Administration?

"First I believe my experience with "people management" will be important. One of the things I have learned over time is that it is extremely important to know the difference between "hearing" and "listening", where the latter means that you have to try to understand not only the words but also the message. This is important both externally with clients as well as internally with employees.
