AP7 reselects BNY Mellon for global custody

Swedish pension fund AP7 has re-appoints US financial group BNY Mellion to provide global custody and associated services, continuing a 14-year relationship.

Swedish pension fund, AP7, has re-appointed BNY Mellon to provide global custody of the more than USD 50bn in AUM the fund manages on behalf of 4.9 million Swedes.

AP7, which is the state alternative to the private investment funds offered within the premium pension system, re-selected the US investment company BNY Mellon following a detailed public procurement process that started in March 2019, the two companies announces in a statement.
