European wealth management bank finally ready for Danish business push

Quintet Private Bank's Copenhagen branch is now open for business 12 months after the wealth management bank announced its plans to establish a Danish presence. Group CEO Jakob Stott sees massive long-term opportunities to extend his company's wealth management approach to the Nordics.

Luxembourg-headquartered Quintet Private Bank has now officially opened its Copenhagen office. It announced the ambition to establish a presence in Denmark in October 2019, when the banking group was known as KBL.

The Copenhagen branch of Quintet Private Bank is led by Henrik Wyrwik, who has previously served in management positions at both Nordea and UBS Wealth Management. Wyrwik reports to Søren Kjær, CEO, Nordics & Luxembourg at Quintet Private Bank, who oversees the group’s business in the Nordic region and the Grand Duchy.
