The Covid-19 pandemic and volatile financial markets caused shrinking assets under management for most Nordic asset managers.

As reported by AMWatch during the summer, only a few money managers increased their AUM in the first half of 2020 with Swedbank Robur taking the lead with a 6.6 percent increase in AUM to EUR 102.9bn.
