The office real estate market is likely to undergo profound changes over the coming years, as the world starts recovering from the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, according to Head of Real Estate at the Finnish pensions giant Varma Ilkka Tomperi.

"It will be quite exciting to see what is to come after the pandemic. The office market is likely to go through a massive change due to the remote working culture, which has now set its foot even in cultures, where it has traditionally been thought that 'a good employee' spends a lot of time in the office," Tomperi says to AMWatch.
