Property investor expands Finnish team with new hire

Sagax Finland Asset Management, which focuses on warehouse and light industries real estate, aims to strengthen its operations through a team expansion.

Swedish-listed real estate investor Sagax appoints Jukka Aaltonen as Head of Real Estate of its Finnish operation Sagax Finland Asset Management.

Aaltonen joins the company in August and will be responsible for the operative management of the firm’s Finnish real estate portfolio. Aaltonen joins from construction firm EKE Rakennus and has also previously worked as managing director at Finnish real estate investment company IVG Polar. He replaces Tomi Hatakka, who stays in the company, where he will develop its large-scale projects.
