Alecta Real Estate, which was launched in March, is recruiting Johanna Boltzius for the role as responsible for transactions, Malin Lövemark as responsible for administration and Karolin Forsling with responsibility for project and urban development, the company announces in a press statement.

"We are already one of Sweden's largest real estate companies from the start and will continue to grow in the coming years. However, the rate of investment depends on whether we find opportunities that meet our return requirements. We will also continue to work on developing the holding and creating a more sustainable and customer-oriented business," says Lena Boberg, CEO of Alecta Real Estate.
