Nicolai Tangen will have guest access to oil fund offices over summer

The soon-to-be head of the oil fund, Nicolai Tangen, will be able to enter the fund's offices as an 'external guest' until the hearing about his employment at the Norwegian Parliament has been held.

Last week, the financial committee made the unanimous decision to dig deeper into the employment of Nicolai Tangen.

The hearing will take place on August 10., and in the meantime, the head of the central bank has given permission for Tangen to be an "external guest" at Norges Bank Investment Management's offices in London and Oslo, Dagens Næringliv reports.
