Elo works on new wind farm investments in Finland and Sweden

The ongoing market turbulence underscores the importance of a careful analysis of fund managers as well as of investment targets, says portfolio manager from the mutual pension insurance company.

Elo Mutual Pension Insurance is working on two new wind farm investments, the company’s portfolio manager Jan Schulman says. The two new wind farm investments are part of Elo’s plan to grow its renewable energy exposure.

“Renewable energy and, in particular, wind farm investments play a notable role in Elo’s infrastructure portfolio,” Schulman writes to AMWatch. “Despite the covid-19 pandemic, we are working on two new wind energy investments in Finland and Sweden. It is possible that both of the new investments will materialize this year,” Schulman notes.
