Nordea has started a new incentives program for its CEO and eight other members of its executive team.
"The board believes that an equity-based, long-term incentives program will mean that the top executives will have even more shared interests with clients. We believe that this will improve value creation," says Torbjörn Magnusson, chairman of the board at Nordea, in a statement to the stock exchange.
