Head of business development at major asset manager: "We want as diverse an environment as possible"

A 2013 study showed that organizations with more diversity among the employees gain bigger market shares, and therefore, a competitive advantage. This was reaffirmed in an investigation by the Center for Talent Innovation (CTI) which was sponsored by Bloomberg, Cisco and Deustche Bank.

Ola Melgård, head of business development at DNB Asset Management, shares some considerations about the diversity work at Norway's largest bank.
