Newcomer Polar Asset Management tops hedge fund list

Polar has the highest returns in Norway and the second-highest in the Nordics

Polar Asset Multi Asset, a hedge fund offered by Polar Asset Management, was established last year and has a relatively modest EUR 2.8 million (NOK 30 million) in AUM - well under the concession requirement of EUR 9.5 million (NOK 100 million).

However, so far this year, it is the best performing hedge fund in Norway, with a 23.92 percent yield, writes Finansavisen. In the Nordic region as a whole, it is only beaten by one Finnish fund.
