Hines continues hotel project despite corona crisis

US real estate developer Hines has continued development on its 25hours hotel, which will be located on Købmagergade in Copenhagen, during the corona crisis.

The investor is developing a boutique hotel with 243 rooms, which will make up 17,000 of the 21,000 square meters Hines has available. 3,000 square meters will consist of shops, while the remaining 1,000 will be used for residential properties.
