Industriens Pension buys 159 newbuild homes in Aarhus

The properties are part of the new Skejbyen quarter, which will consist of 850 homes when it is completed.

Industriens Pension has bought 159 newbuild homes in Skejbyen, Northern Aarhus.

The pension company will take over the properties next month, it reports in a press release. The price of the deal is not reported, but is hundreds of millions of Danish kroner, the release states.
