Nordic Capital buys Swedish advisory firm

Swedish private equity company Nordic Capital is staying active during the corona crisis. After buying up shares in Bank Norwegian over the past few months, the company has now bought advisory firm Max Matthiessen.

It is just a coincidence that Nordic Capital is buying an advisory firm during the worst financial crisis for years.

"We have been following the company and the industry for five years, and the dialogue about the purchase has been happening for more than six months. Of course, they will be affected like all other companies, but the long-term potential is so big that it outweighs this," says Nordic Capital Partner Christian Frick to Dagens Industri.
