Danske Invest: The investment opportunities are often the best when the future looks bleakest

Lars Erik Moen has worked as an asset manager for over 20 years. He believes that today's turbulent market is in some ways similar to the 'yuppie era' in the late 80s, which ended in a stock market crash.

"In demanding times, it is good to have experience from earlier crises. Investment opportunities are often the best when the future looks bleakest," says Lars Erik Moen, head of the Danske Invest Norwegian Equity team.

Moen started at Danske Bank in 2003, and took over the role of leader of the Norwegian investment team in December.
