Cilia Holmes Indahl becomes new leader of EQT Foundation

Indahl is starting the job at the EQT foundation in August, joining the private equity fund from her current CEO position at Katapult Group.

"Showing that sustainability is rewarding and getting companies to make changes so that they are better prepared for the future is what drives me. I want to show that sustainability isn't just "nice to have" but that it is the right thing for the business. By daring to prioritize sustainability, companies will be worth more in the long term and better prepared for the future market," says Indahl.
