New Nordic player eyes growing demand for adjusted index products

Europe's largest index provider aims to target Nordic investors with products adjusted to meet their individual requirements, after experiencing strong demand in other EU countries. "We will also win institutional clients in the Nordics," Head of Europe Institutional says to AMWatch.

After covering the Nordic market out of London and Frankfurt for years, one of the world's largest asset managers opened an office in Stockholm last week.

As the largest provider of passive products outside the US, Legal & General Investment Management (LGIM) believes that Nordic institutional investors could be interested in its offerings in this field.
