Three weeks after 95 percent of Danica's 800 employees were sent home, CEO Ole Krogh Petersen is still surprised by their continued effectivity. When Denmark opens up again, he wants to change his own work routine, and work from home more.

CEO Ole Krogh Petersen has rarely worked from home before - at least not during normal working hours.

He hasn't had anything against some of Danica's 800 employees in Denmark and Norway working remotely occasionally - but he has never really encouraged it.
