The timing was right for Bankinvest in 2019 - this may not be repeated in 2020

2019 was a good year for Bankinvest - both in terms of returns and attracting new capital. This is explained by its collaborations with financial institutions as well as well-timed product launched and ESG, says CEO Lars Bo Bertram.

Money flooded into Bankinvest in 2019, and the Danish asset manager, which is owned by 39 financial institutions, captured new market shares. The return on investments was also satisfying, says CEO of Bankinvest, Lars Bo Bertram.

"I actually think that most of the conditions have been perfect at Bankinvest in 2019, and it is not certain that we can do that again in 2020 because of the coronavirus," says Bertram.
