Pensiondanmark CEO: Unlisted investments have "proved their worth" during corona crisis

While the corona crisis has led to market turbulance over the past two months, unlisted investments have had the desired stabilizing effect at Pensiondanmark, says CEO Torben Möger Pedersen. Two of the cornerstones of the unlisted portfolio remain unchanged.

Over the past 10-15 years, unlisted investments have become an increasingly popular staple in investment funds at the majority of Denmark's pension funds.

As well as helping in the search for alternative returns in line with continually falling interest rates, the idea is that unlisted investments provide diversification and thus protect the overall return against fluctuations on equity markets.
