Hines makes Danish residential debut: Buys 121 properties from Bonava

US-based investor Hines has bought 121 green properties in Østerbro, Copenhagen from property developer Bonava. According to the head of Nordics, the investor is looking for other projects like this in Denmark.

Hines has made its debut on the Danish residential real estate market by buying 121 Trikotageparken properties in Østerbro, Copenhagen, the US-based investor reveals in a press release.

The Trikotageparken area, which has been constructed by real estate developer Bonava, has been awarded the Nordic swan certificate for sustainability, and the properties are expected to be finished in the final quarter of 2021.
