Fokus Asset Management finds CIO in Zambia

The real estate investor's new investment executive has both Blackrock and Catella on his CV.

Fokus Asset Management has hired real estate investor Carl-Johan Collet in a newly-created chief investment officer (CIO) position.

He will be responsible for future real estate investments and will help to develop new fund products, the real estate manager writes in a press release.
