Global real estate investment manager makes single largest investment in Denmark to date

Danish logistics company DSV has sold its brand new headquarters as well as a logistics property in Hedehusene to a foreign investor, who has not invested in Denmark before. The buyer tells EjendomsWatch that it hopes to strengthen its relationship with DSV, calling the company a "perfect tenant".

The largest logistics property deal so far this year has become a reality, after transport concern DSV Panalpina sold its headquarters, as well as a 150,000 square meter logistics property in Hedehusene, close to Roskilde.

The headquarters has just been expanded by 10,000 square meters, while the logistics property will house DSV's largest logistics complex in the world, totaling 250,000 square meters by 2024. The total investments in developing the headquarters and logistics property were previously estimated to cost EUR 134 million (DKK 1 billion) by DSV.
