Investors expect value of Danish real estate to increase in 2020

A questionnaire administered by broker firm Cushman & Wakefield Red shows that two out of three of the largest and most active investors on the Danish property market expect the value of their investments to increase in 2020. This is due to expected rent increases and increased occupancy rates.

The Danish property market is increasing in value and is still very attractive.

This was the result of a questionnaire created by real estate broker Cushman & Wakefield Red, which asked the largest and most active Danish property investors what their expectations were for 2020, and measured their confidence in the Danish property market.
