Activist investor stands to enter board at Nordea

Jonas Synnergren from Cevian Capital is running to become a board member at Nordea at the bank's upcoming AGM.

Jonas Synnergren, who is a partner at Cevian Capital, will possibly join Nordea's board at the upcoming AGM, the bank reports.

The AGM is coming after a period where Cevian Capital has bought up shares in Nordea, and the shareholder how owns 4.3 percent of the Nordic bank. In Summer 2019, Cevian had less than half of that amount.
