Formuepleje delays initial public offering

The asset manager now expects to become listed in 2021 at the earliest.

Danish asset manager Formupleje's initial public offering has been delayed, and is now expected to happen in 2021 at the earliest, CEO Niels B. Thuesen tells Børsen.

"I probably sounded a bit too certain when I said the first half of 2020. That was my best guess, but the timing for the initial public offering will now be 2021 at the earliest, and might be later," he says to the paper.
