Norwegian pension fund buys head office in Copenhagen

The Norwegian buyer has now invested DKK 3.2 billion (EUR 428 million) in Copenhagen in 2019.

KLP Ejendomme, which is owned by Norway's biggest pension fund, KLP, has bought consultancy Deloitte's head office at Weiderkampsgade 6 in Copenhagen, KLP Ejendomme reports in a press release.

The purchase price is DKK 1.4 billion (EUR 187 million), according to the press release published on Monday.
