AM founder after AUM milestone: "Managing SEK 100bn at some point would be fun"

Lannebo Fonder recently crossed an AUM milestone. The now EUR 7.5bn (SEK 80bn) money manager's founder and chairman still holds high hopes for future growth.

Assets under management at Sweden's Lannebo Fonder have grown from EUR 658.7m to EUR 7.5bn since the wake of the financial crisis in 2009.

One of the company's five founders is Göran Espelund who is Chairman of the Board. In a career portrait by Swedish media Realtid, Espelund states that it would be fun to manage SEK 100bn at some point because it’s a smooth milestone. However, he doesn’t want the company to focus too much on the target.
