Storebrand, Nordea, Folksam add pressure on energy agency to revamp fossil fuel forecasts

Several Nordic financial institutions seek to add pressure on the International Energy Agency (IEA) to review its projections for fossil fuel demand.

Storebrand, Nordea and Folksam are among 65 signatories of a joint letter addressed to the Head of IEA Fatih Birol.

The letter is a response to the agency's recently published report "World Economic Outlook", which provides an important basis for the global decision-making of investors, businesses and politicians.
