Major asset manager's new head of institutional asset management in Sweden sheds light on new role

SEB's Fredrik Öberg expects to increase the usage of illiquid alternatives in his new institutional asset management role, he tells AMWatch.

In early October, Fredrik Öberg went from Chief Investment Officer of SEB Private Banking to taking on a more institutional-oriented role.

His new formal title is SEB Head of Institutional Asset Management and Third-Party Distribution Sweden, he says to AMWatch.
