Taaleri acts as lead manager of Finland's first green high yield bond

The fight against climate change must be won first and foremost inside companies, notes Vesa Heikkilä, managing director of Taaleri Capital, which acted as the financial advisor for the launch of the new green bond.

Finland's Taaleri launches the first green high yield bond in the country today.

The financial advisor for the launch was Taaleri's subsidiary Taaleri Capital, while Taaleri Wealth Management acted as the lead manager in Ficolo’s issuance of the EUR 20m bond. Borenius Attorneys functioned as legal counsel for the transaction.
