Veritas expecting "a volatile" fall

At the current stage of an economic cycle, the recommendation is to maintain a moderate and diversified portfolio, claims Veritas CIO.

According to Finnish company Veritas, in the current market environment, investment companies do well to keep a cautious approach and a diversified portfolio. Investments by the company that merged with Åland's Pensions-Alandia in January totaled 5.1 percent during the first half of this year.

In 2019, Veritas has ensured a slightly cautious allocation to risky asset classes compared to the average Finnish pension company's portfolio, reflected by the total return on its investments during the first half, Veritas CIO Niina Bergring says in a press release.
