Söderberg & Partners eyes institutional flow towards Japan – major Nordic AMs disagree

Institutional investors' appetite for Asian, particularly Japanese, equities is likely to increase this year, says investment and pensions consultancy Söderberg & Partners Head of Investment Strategy Matthias Gietzelt.

After several years of growth in the technology sector, positioning towards defensive sectors, such as healthcare will increase, according to Gietzelt. Moreover, the investment advisory firm Söderberg & Partners, which recently published its latest Strategy Report, expects volatility to pick up.
