Pemberton opens a Nordic office in Copenhagen

Having local presence is essential in serving the regional LPs and identifying the best investment opportunities, says Pemberton's director for Nordics Victor Kihlgren.

Pemberton, the asset manager backed by Legal & General Group, has opened an office in Copenhagen. The opening will reinforce the company's relationship with investors, local borrowers as well as the local private equity and financial community, the company says in a statement.

As part of the opening, Pemberton's director for Nordics Victor Kihlgren will be moving to Copenhagen. Kihlgren joined Pemberton’s London office in 2016 and is responsible for institutional investors and private equity relationships across Nordic markets. Prior to joining Pemberton's, Kihlgren, a finance graduate from the Stockholm School of Economics, worked at Credit Suisse.
