Taaleri Private Equity to boost real estate investments further following booming activity – welcomes international partners

The residential units of Taaleri Private Equity’s recently completed transaction in Oulu were rented out in a week, indicating the surging demand for rental housing in Finland’s growth centers.

Taaleri Private Equity is eyeing new investments in the Finnish real estate sector. The firm is also interested in working as the local partner for an international investor looking to gain exposure to Finland, says the company's Managing Director Ari Metso.

"We would be happy to work on a project with a foreign investor interested in taking exposure to Finnish real estate, for example, with an institutional investor, which is not yet present in Finland, but would like to enter the market with a local yet international player experienced in the field," Metso says.
