Saga Private Equity holds final close for EUR 600m fund-of-funds vehicle

The fund, Saga VII, will be invested in buyout funds in micro, small and mid-sized markets in Europe and North America.

Saga Private Equity has announced the final close for its seventh fund, Saga VII, at EUR 600m, the PE manager writes in a press release. The strategy targets investments in buyout funds in micro, small and mid-markets in Europa and North America, as well as in secondaries and co-investments in the same segment, the firm writes.

Managing Partner John Danielsen comments: "We are happy and proud to announce this successful result of the Saga VII fund raising. We have worked hard to create an internationally competitive private equity fund-of-funds with the required experience, resources, authorizations, and long-term limited partners, who support us."
