Danske Bank Private Wealth chief helps economist on her way towards first management job

32-year-old senior economist at Realkredit Danmark, Sonia Khan, is more than ready to take on her first management position. And to help her get it, she has landed Danske Bank's chief of Private Banking, Lars Ellehave-Andersen, as her mentor. "I am quite selective as to whom I agree to mentor," says Ellehave, who has no time for "bullshit" and hidden agendas in a mentoring scheme.

The goal is clear: 32-year-old Realkredit Danmark Senior Economist Sonia Khan wants a position in management, and she is now on the look-out for her very first opportunity.

She might find it somewhere within the Danske Bank group – or she might not. But regardless of where she ends up, Danske Bank Chief of Private Banking Lars Ellehave-Andersen will have had a say as mentor to Khan.
