Schroders floats idea of new Nordic office

It's more important than ever to be close to clients, according to Henrik Jonsson, Nordic head at Schroders. He takes stock after a year at the position.

UK-listed asset manager Schroders wants to grow its Nordic network by opening a new office in Finland to accompany its existing branches in Copenhagen and Stockholm, Nordic head Henrik Jonsson tells AMWatch.

"We believe it's more important than ever to be close clients, which is the reason we are looking at the possibility of opening an office in Finland. Schroders has a strong heritage among institutional clients in the Nordics given that we have been present here for decades," he says.
