Career Path:The new head of sustainability at Nordea Life & Pensions Sweden, Peter Sandahl, has never had a five-year plan for his career. But he has always been led by one guiding principle when starting a new role: The challenge must be a new one.

Which career path did you envision for yourself when you were younger?

"There has been a range of dreams and wants. Banking was probably one of the few areas which was not on the table in the early years.  For a while, the most concrete plan was in the field of geology, driven by my passion for nature and the environment."
