Alliancebernstein hires Swede for Nordic business push

The US asset manager strengthens its Nordic distribution team to provide locally-tailored services for both its retail and institutional clients.

Investment research and money management firm Alliancebernstein is appointing Patrik Silfverling as managing director of sales in the Nordics.

The New York-based firm has poached Silfverling from Oppenheimerfunds -- another US asset manager -- which hired him as recently as December 2017 for a role as head of Nordics and Benelux.
