The Danish real estate market is showing signs of overheating, says Deutsche Asset Management.

We are seeing the same trends that we saw before the financial crisis. We don’t think that anything will happen very soon, but if this continues at the same rate, then we will no doubt see a correlation in two or three years,” says Philip Mikkelsen, Danish country manager at Deutsche Asset Management
