US investment bank trying to sell Formuesforvaltning

Several sources tell Finansavisen this. In 2019, the wealth manager passed NOK 81bn in managed assets.

The US-based investment bank Houlihan Lokey has been tasked with finding new owners for the wealth management company Formuesforvaltning, which was worth NOK 1.25bn (EUR 117m) the last time it was on the market.

The firm's major owners are Ole Jacob Sunde owning 32 percent in direct equity and Petter Neslein at 31.
