Hitecvision appoints shipping profile to board of directors

Experienced shipping and offshore analyst Kristin H. Holth, who resigned as global ocean head at DNB in March, has been elected for the board of directors at major acquisition fund Hitecvision.

Kristin H. Holth secured another board seat when on Thursday she was elected for the board of directors at major Norwegian acquisition fund Hitecvision, which in recent years has spent enormous sums on acquisitions within oil and gas, writes business media Finansavisen.

In March, Holth stepped down from her post at DNB, where for many years she had headed the bank's shipping and offshore department. She resigned from the bank after 30 years in order to pursue a board career.
