Former Skagen CEO raises new seed fund: My personal income will plummet

Over the past couple of years, influential investors from Stavanger has chased after state contributions for a new seed fund similar to what is seen in several Norwegian cities, according to Norwegian business daily Dagens Näringsliv.

This context has provided an opportunity for oil fund veteran Øyvind G. Schanke a year after his exit from Skagen Fondene in Stavanger.
