Kenneth Olsson, head of real estate investments at Denmark's Industriens Pension, has, attended the biggest real estate fair in the world Mipm, and has taken the pulse of the market. And his conclusion is clear:

"There is still optimism in the business, and there will be for a number of years," he says to AMWatch's sister site EjendomsWatch.
